smoldering eyes...

You know when you are going out and you want to have that hot look in your eyes.. well I suggest smoldering smokin eyes. I love this look it makes you feel sexy. So what you do is eyes first because it can get messy. apply a shadow primer. then a dust of light shadow all over. you can use black or grey or brown liner depending on your mood, I usually make the line pretty thick starting from the base of the lashes up to the bottom half of the eye ball. take your finger and gently pat to blend it a little. take the same color shadow with a smudge brush and brush the color over it. you will notice it very intense at the base, you then will take a crease brush and blend. Just use windshield wipe motion the idea is to make it go from dark into a light smoke. line the rim of your eyes smudge shadow on the bottom outer corners of eyes lots of mascara clean the mess around it and apply makeup as usual. Keep in mind shimmer and bronzer looks really good under night lights. Lots of gloss. fierce!

Ride the wave!!

So I was at the beach the other day. I love to people watch. I noticed this group of girls walking and What caught my attention was their hair. Waves and waves and more waves. Beautiful they look like mermaids. i thought how nice it would be not to worry about straightening and blow drying for the summer. so with that said if you have some kind of wave in your hair wash your hair with moisturizing shampoo, do a conditioner, then use a leave in, argan oil is one of my favorite, its not greasy feeling but leaves your hair soft and shiny. let air dry or let dry overnight. then do yo remember curling irons? Well there back with a vengeance! Pick up a curl and hold your curling iron with the handle up with the base of the rod at least 3 inches from the scalp wrap hair around without letting go of the end hold for about 20 seconds unless your iron is super hot. then pull the curl down and there you have a pretty wave, do that to most of the hair leaving some natural curl too. You can wear this for a hot summer night dancing! or during the day with a boho chic look. spray shine spray if you like extra shiny hair. It should last at least a couple of days.

Bright LIp Color?! What?!

Yes Ladies, its all about caliente lips! but how do we pull it off, well you see like everything in life its all about balance, so you see if you wear a color on lip then your eyes should be softer. For example: Lets sy you love that bright poppy pink, so get a cheek color that has less boldness than the lip color, use a shear wash of color like an iridescent of gold , You can use mascara and yes it can be navy. add a little bronzer and voula! you did it you pulled it off, If you want to add a little more drama than use a color eyeliner close to the rim of the eye... but thats another story. ...

Hot summer face!

Hello, its summer here and its humid already. I wanted to share with you a little something about summer face coverage. This is the time we put our foundation away and make our skin glow. Using foundation in the summer heat may clog your pores causing all kinds of skin related problems so inturn we need more coverage.
My suggestion is to find a tinted moisterizer with an spf. 20 minimum. This will even tone your skin without feeling heavy. For those of you who need a little more coverage just spot treat with a concealar and set with translucent or blotting powder. Makesure to use a light moisterizer everyday because sweating actually dries out your skin. Top with a little cheek color on apples and pretty bright lip stain a little mascara and shimmer shadow on lids and your good to go.
